Jazlen Green is the founder and visionary behind MNTL VZN, a creative mental health company dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through connection, creativity, and purpose. A former Division I athlete, championship winner, and proud graduate of UC Berkeley and San Diego State University, Jazlen brings the same passion, discipline, and leadership from the court into her advocacy.

Two years ago, Jazlen was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 1—a moment that challenged her to confront fear, shame, and denial. Through treatment, reflection, and healing, she transformed her lived experience into a mission: creating safe spaces where individuals and communities can be seen, heard, and empowered to heal, grow, and thrive.

With a background in counseling and a passion for youth mentorship, Jazlen designs programs, workshops, and experiences that blend education, emotional wellness, and creativity. Her approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and the belief that meaningful change begins with human connection.

Through MNTL VZN, Jazlen leads with vision, heart, and intentionality—partnering with organizations, schools, and communities to spark conversations that matter, build resilience, and inspire a new generation to prioritize their mental health and live with purpose and vision.
